Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Being an All-inclusive you gotta have a realistic expectation of food quality and drink quality. However, other things should not be affected such as cleanliness and service, both were unsatisfactory. The rooms simply put were not very clean and the service was average at best. The fiod choices were slim, due to covid but the food was actually pretty decent. Diana at the spa was amazing, highly recommend her services for a massage and or facial. All in all could have been better, but the rate was super cheap so can't really complain.

The facilities are very nice and the place was clean. The rooms are very spacious and there is room service included. We had a hard time to get a towel the first day as we were not informed they close the towel delivery booth at 17:00 and we tried asking for one at the reception but it was impossible to get one. Because of Covid, many of the facilities are closed and after 18:00 all bars, except for the one at the lobby and the bowling alley, are also closed, but they organize events at night until midnight. The food was mainly a disappointment, the only place we had good dinner was the Japanese and for breakfast and lunch, Amaranto. A good part of the beach has been washed out by the hurricane and the beach bar is closed but we were able to get drinks at the restaurant nearby. There is good wi-fi signal around the resort and we also enjoyed playing in the tennis courts.

We never got the room that we pay for so disappointing and they didn’t accommodate us in a few things my experience could of been so much better

I payed to be in the adult section and was placed in the Daisy side that was with kids and family my entire trip I payed for the swim up pool room I wasn’t accionares either they did not work with me at all I will never recommend this resort to anyone they are stealing your money by not placing you in the correct room I also asked nicely to have the room setup for my fiancé birthday the staff said no.

This is not an adults only resort. During check-in they don’t provide you with enough information about the meal times and where you are suppose to go. The beach was dirty, and the list can go on. I would not recommend this resort to anybody, there’s so many more that are worth it.

Second time coming to this resort and second time I have left with nothing but great things to say the staff are excellent and really care about your enjoyment spent the week of the hurricane at this resort They handled everything professionally. I love the endless drinks and this place keeps them coming the karaoke is great as well and the environment they create is awesome

We only had a brief stay here but we enjoyed it very much. The resort was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and food was great.

Beautiful property and grounds. Our room had a leak over toilet and bathtub. Strong smell of mildew. There are Mexican raccoons that roam the grounds, and as guests leave their room service leave plates and Left overs the animals go through it leaving broken dishes everywhere!. And, the raccoons used our hallways as thier bathroon and the hallways were never cleaned or picked up. The cleaning crew would roll their carts right threw the mess! Left room for a hour and my ray bans were stolen. When I reported it they came to my room and pretty much told me it was my fault for not putting them in the safe (agree) but even after telling me there was nothing they could do, they went through my. Room, including our trash, drawers, refrigerator, purse, etc. Why? Like I was lying,? The food and drinks were awful. I see they tried, but it was very sub standard. The majority of the staff were very sweet and kind and just trying to do their job despite such bad management. There are so many beautiful resorts that there is really no need to take the chance here with your vacation.

The hotel itself was so beautiful and worth it... however we signed up for Adults only...But it wasn’t. There were different buildings for Adults only or families so that all amenities (restaurants or main pool by the beach) were for everyone.... When we wanted to stay at Adults only hotel, we expect “Adults” only in the hotel. Other than that, it was great.

The property is magnificent, it’s really beautiful and the breakfast buffet was also a plus. However, upon arrival we were bombarded to sign up for timeshares. There was no clear explanation about the restaurants and their hours nor locations. Reservations were a hassle to make because it had to be done on an app between certain hours , no one told us this until we eventually went to a restaurant to find out the issue . When we call front desk for help they were extremely extremely rude . Can you imagine being on an all inclusive hotel for 3 nights and cannot go to the restaurant for dinner ? Because of bad management and communication to guest and the restaurant employees did nothing to help . Customer service was poor . I hate to be harassed I just want to go on a resort and do my thing and enjoy myself , not every time I turn someone in my face trying to sell me products. We also did a swim up room and was never able to go as it was so dirty and filthy with Oreo wrapper and insects. We did the adult only section and I must say it was cool and fun Rajul the entertainer was fantastic. I enjoyed my trip overall but I will NEVER go back to this property . I understand that we are experiencing a pandemic but there are protocol when dealing with guests.
