Ashcroft Apartments

Huge property, fantastic for a large family. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space. Lovely balcony space.

We didn't realise there wasn't going to be anyone there to greet us and we didn't receive any instructions about parking, so on arrival we had to call to get information. Just not what we expected. The room was labelled a 'luxury apartment' but was really no better than any other place we stayed at. On the negative side, there was a full length mirror facing you while you are sitting on the toilet, the remote for the heating didn't work, and the TV was small (could barely read the channel number when laying in bed). Sorry but we weren't overly impressed.

Beautiful Décor and general ambiance. close to the city. Unfortunately the cleaner came into our apartment and surprised us before check out time!!

Disappointed the HD channels on the television didn't work. WIFI drops in & out regularly. This made working while keeping an eye on the footy very frustrating.

Good location and good size.. good amenities. Everything is fine.

The studio room I had was ok but one night at ten pm, when I returned after going out, I could not get back in to my room. The code to the lock did not work. I phoned the after - hours number and was told that they knew the lock was a problem but they did not know what to do about it. The people in the room next door had also been locked out of their room and knew how to fix the lock. If it had not been for them, I would have beenwalking around Launceston late at night looking for another hotel. For this reason I would not stay there again, and if you do I recommend that you have a back up plan in case you get locked out.

Great location, no reception so only a number to call if queries. Clean room with adequate facilities.

The living space was an average size but the bed rooms are enormous. No ice cube tray, as the ice maker in the fridge does not work. Great outdoor area on balcony, off street parking, bathroom was good but the basins are so high that it was hard to reach the taps. The wardrobe area is huge, however I was not tall enough to access the hanging area (made for giants).

This property was beautiful. Located close to town, a quick walk gets you wherever you need to be. The room is great, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. We will stay here again.

Apartment is pleasant and located within walking distance of the CBD.
