Overall the stay was very good. They treated us well with unlimited drinks and starters during their happy hours in lounge. Rooms were clean with great view of Ulsoor lake.

The Room was beautiful had all accessories beautiful bath tub , charging points ironing board with iron , hair dryer etc . Breakfast was amazing too had Indian as well as English breakfast they were both perfect .

What a horrible experience we had! Seeing Conrad (Hilton group) and given the experience in other Hiltons it was our first choice when we decided to spend a night in a safe good hotel in Bangalore. But nothing worked. To give us the room they took 30 mins because the room was not clean. The booking was for 2 adults and a kid and they cleaned the room after we reached there, but still they put one coffee pouch, one milk pack and one each of everything. So everytime we needed something we needed to call them. Everytime we called them it took them 30 to 45 mins and multiple phone calls. The food spread for dinner was very very poor. The AC stopped working at 12:30am and we had to call their technical people to come and fix it. The closet door stopped working in the morning. So had to call them for opening the closet. Worst of all, absolutely NO PROTOCOL followed for Covid. The staff were all wearing the mask either in their chin or at least below the nose. They didn’t follow any protocol about 6 ft distance. It’s clear that the staff were not trained to follow protocols. Even the technicians who would come to your room for fixing things would not be wearing the mask fully. We wanted to talk to a Manager to give the feedback when we were leaving, and Mr Imran Hiroli the Manager on duty said, ‘these things are sometimes outside of our control’. No wonder the hotel is in such bad shape. We are regretting our decision to take this night out in this hotel!

Good stay great rooms and view. Weird rule about guests. All guests must be off property by 9pm. Never encountered it in my life before.

Great restaurants & food. One of the best spa experiences. The fitness centre is one of the best i have used. There is a interesting venue with Italian & EDM lounge club.

Room is spacious and nicely decorated. However, the Hotel walls are way too thin, so expect to hear every little creak coming from your neighbours’ rooms. The front desk staff were also not the most coordinated bunch. I had left my luggage with the front desk in the morning only for a different staff member to tell me they had difficulty locating my luggage when I asked for it during check out. After 15 minutes of waiting for my luggage I wandered around the lobby on my own only to find my luggage tucked away under the a flight of steps.
