Cozy Studios at The Beacon

I needed more information for check in.

Nice place

We had a great stay. We had a very smooth transaction. They are very accomodating and approachable. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is literally near different establishments as the building is just beside Makati Cinema Square and Waltermart where you can buy other stuff that you need, for example, for cooking or swimming. There are different restaurants and fast food chains. Highly recommended.

First of all I wasn't aware that The Beacon has three towers. It was not clearly stated in our reservation where among the three towers we are supposed to go for check-in. Most importantly, the time for us to check-in is also not stated in our printed and already paid reservation. I'm not used to having the room keys already in our room and as we check-out we'll just have to leave it there on the same room. I mean, we have been to different hotels and resorts here and abroad but never have we encountered such procedure. It's quite unique, yes, but I really think a little inappropriate and off, security wise, for both the guests and the management. Before midnight, in time for the New Year countdown, the internet went off. We were watching tv and it suddenly stopped. Before we checked-out there was no internet still.

Place is really cozy however contact with the owner is a challenge as you have to wait for the cleaning lady to get the key and they don't leave the keys at the lobby. Thanks.
