Great location...right by the Shard & easy tube access (London Bridge) It's small for 4 people...with the sofa bed pulled out there is no room to sit around the table to eat (only 2 chairs also?) If you're up & out all day as we were & it's simply somewhere to sleep...its ideal!

great location and nice condition - some building works (bit will be done soon of course). Reception staff very friendly but incorrect (ie bedsofa not mad up etc).

Brilliant location. Clean. Friendly. We had a double bed and a sofa bed which made room quite small but that’s London for you. Would’ve been nice if they had goven us a heads up on the renovation going on. It didn’t affect us much- lifts were busy with workmen, but still- they should’ve mentioned it. Not great if you were spending a lot of time in your room in the day.

It’s under construction, this wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking and the price we paid was comparable to other hotels in the area, so it’s not like we got a discount. It was noisy starting at 8 AM each morning. When dealing with jet lag, not ideal. Everything else was great, and I would’ve left a glowing review... but the construction and non disclosure was tough.
