Beautiful with very kind staff. Can’t say enough about the hospitality and accommodations. Location also perfect for taking taxi or local collective

We had a great stay over New Years! The staff was very accommodating with helpful info and able to arrange tours right there. 5 minute walk to the beautiful La Ropa beach for swimming, souvenirs and restaurants and 30-40 min walk to Zihuatanejo. Easy access to taxis. After a long day, relax in their pool to cool down. Awesome place!

Villas San Sebastian is a beautiful place to stay. The view of La Ropa Beach from our balcony was breathtaking. Just short walk to the beach. Unfortunately our stay was cut short. There was just too many steps for my wife recovering from knee surgery.

Enjoyed our stay, what can we say the view from our room was amazing. This place is a four minute walk to the beach and easy area to take a taxis or Collectivo into town. Towels were changed every day, and all common areas were kept very clean. If you have a hard time with steps you may want to stay away from rooms 8&9, but if you can manage them, the views are the best of the hotel. We are planning to go back next year.

Great accommodations in a convenient location. The property is beautiful and the villas are spacious and comfortable. The only to mention is that there are only stairs and many of them to get to your room. Plus there is a small hill to climb when you come back from La Ropa Beach which is a short 5 minute walk away.

Greatly appreciated the proximity to Playa Del Ropa, The layout of the hotel gives you the feeling of privacy and I could say nothing other than great things for the staff and cleanliness

Beautiful place to stay in Zihuatanejo! Great views, amenities, short walk to La Ropa beach. Luis and his staff were very welcoming. You could tell that they're attentive to details, making the stay very comfortable. Luis was very personable and offered various tips to make it easier to get around. It didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it seemed better. We really liked the open kitchen outside the bedroom. The Villa appears better than it does in pictures. Stayed in the Superior suite, would highly recommend it (although I'm sure the other suites are nice too).

Location was great...across the street from la Ropa. Western view was impossibly hot in the afternoon. The pool area could not accommodate guests with enough lounge chairs with shade and it faced the western heat in the afternoon, so it was unusable except for a few. Construction noise all day...no possible peace and quiet to read or nap..or enjoy the pool even if you got a shady spot.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a great view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. It was great to relax poolside in the afternoons. I loved my outdoor kitchen which was cleaned daily. I will certainly return.
