Lovely and welcoming staff, beautiful, brand new interior, very good amenities. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was outstanding in some aspects and really lacking in others. It was quiet, clean a good price and in a convenient location. The bed was amazingly comfortable one of the best I have slept in. The quality of the bathroom was outstanding as were the other fixtures. It had the worst view I have ever known, into an internal unfinished shaft, with a builders plank between beams! Come on guys a few plants in pots could help. No information in the room at all eg. Check out time or contact details for when the reception was unmanned at night and absolutely no fire escape instruction (the first hotel I have ever been to without this vital information) The reception area was attractive but the steep stairway from the street to the lobby was troublesome with luggage. The female receptionist was delightful. The photo I included flatters the view and does not show the water on the lower floor

This place is perfect in every way for us! 2 blocks from central bus station, customer service is second to none, Olga is such a lovely host, she is attentive, always try her best to help, wonderful personality, made us feel like home in Chania. the personal touch for customer service at this hotel plays an important part for our experience in Crete. We definitely like to come back, and look forward to see Olga again. She recommended great places for food too! The room is clean, practical and very comfortable. all the best from Yilam and Karen.
