I flew in from US & picked this hotel fir 1 week quarantine. Staff took goid care of me & constantly looked after me.
My only concern, being vegetarian , my paid for meals were not vegetarian friendly , even after I voiced my concerns to the staff .
Take into consideration they have restaurant @ chef on site.

A stated for quarantine. Food outside was not allowed but their restaurant food was really bad. They served rice in aluminum foil and didn’t provide any plates or any proper utensils. It was expensive for very little amount and for the food quality. Even canteen food is better. I was told one order of dish is good for two persons but there was barely meat in it. They only provided one two towels. Not even face towel or hand towel. Quality of stay was not good

I have a hard to believe this is an u.s. branded hotel "wyndham". It reminds me of a SOGO. Smells like armpits, sticky floor, moldy weird shower cheap towells, matress, very slow wifi. Unless you really need a low budget hotel i do not recommend this.

For 4 days staying that hotel nobody comes to clean your room they don’t Even give you towel. Room service is also bad. Front desk you have to Dial 3to 4 times to answer the phone. Terrible hotel I did not enjoy it

I like that its walking distance to Mall of Asia, free bottle water, Refrigirator in room, i love the seaview from my room! I dont like that theres no 24 hours front desk service and hotel restaurant close early at 8pm. I dont like very limited towels provided, very old and color white it not white anymore!

It was OK but so many areas the service failed and during this pandemic it just can't be like thst. Meant to be in quarantine however nobody answers reception desk or after several attempts they do but then don't deliver what was promised.

The hotel waa nice,close to the airport and mall of asia.krissel (front desk) was really nice ang helpful
With all our documents need.Only concerned was getting our hotel key reactivate everyday.
