So - So....not staying again.
I was told there'd be bikes - there wasn't - big disappointment! Had to arrange a bike rental separately. The shower would not drain properly. Was asked to not flush toilet paper, but place it in a bin next to the toilet instead - pretty gross. Hotel is in a pretty sketch part of town.

This property has such thoughtful staff and the rooms were sparkling clean. The balcony view was lovely to wake up to every morning. Hotel is in nice location near a lot of the restaurants and clubs Tulum city center has to offer. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the free bike rental is a nice addition! Definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance :)

Rosy, the front desk clerk was amazing. We traveled from Florida to Tulùm and had been in contact w/ Rosy prior to our arrival to ensure easy transfer to and from the airport to the hotel. Everything went as perfectly as possible and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It was located in the town of tulum, but a quick taxi ride away from the beach (approx 200 pesos). Bikes were also complimentary! There’s an ATM and a coffee shop just around the corner. They also have a partnership w a beach club located on the beach that comes w a complimentary drink and a cabana! Elements, i miss you already!

Room was lovely and modern and staff were lovely. Only downfall was my room was located directly below the breakfast hall meaning I was woken by people setting up at 6am.

Perfect location, very efficient Consierge team, who was available from 7 am to 9 pm. The room on the ground floor is a little bit noisy from 8 am as it’s next to housekeeping storage room. Highly recommended!

Modern decor, wth many bikes to tour. Enjoyed the pool but realize it does not get a lot of sun so will be a little cool but is nice for the constant heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elements. It was a great base for exploring Tulum. You’re close to downtown, a bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, and a short bike ride to the ruins. The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful with great recommendations for where to go for dinner and how to enjoy the beach in style! Huge thanks to Luís who helped us with some problem solving when we ran into issues heading to our next hotel, booked us a rental car, made a reservation for us at the beach, and always seemed to be able to find a deal. Such a great human. We will be back.
