Aysev Hotel

Really nice hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was clean, the breakfast was good and it is very close to the beach (1 minute walk). The view from the balcony was really nice. Excellent hotel for the price.

When arriving at the hotel, we were actually surprised -it had a higher standard than the impression given by the photos. The rooms have a good standard and it is very centrally located. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a sign on the room stating that the room will be cleaned daily, and sheets and towels will be changed every third day. However, we found ourselves asking for cleaning, as the room was not cleaned more than every third day. We are very happy with our stay and do recommend this hotel!

Otel mükemmel seviyede temizliği ve aile konseptiyle gerçekten çok güzeldi. Havuzu denize, cafelere yakınlığı artıları idi. Asansörü olmayışı eksi tarafıydı diyebiliriz.

This is horible behavior from hotel owner. stay away. I reserved the room in this hotel from hotels.com and i paid my money and site approved my reservation. When go to hotel i talked with a lady and she said wait the responsible person and she said hotel already fully booked. 2 hours waiting the guy came and said to me i cant stay in this hotel because he take his money from hotels.com later. he is greedy and mean person (he said)/bu hotelde iki gece kalmayı planlamıştım. rezervasyonumu Hotels.com üzerinden yaptım. rezervarvasyonum hotels.com tarafından onaylandı. hotel e gittiğimde sorumlu kişi yoktu ve 2 saate yakın cevap verecek kişiyi bekledim. bu kişi geldiğinde bana hotelde kalamayacağımı hotels.comdan parasını geç aldığımı söyleyerek konaklayamayacağımı söyledi kendisisin adi ve açgözlü olduğunu söyledi (kendi beyanı). dolayısı ile otelde konaklayamadım hiçbir yerde görmediğim bir davranıştı. Ayraıca bana sadece 2 gün rezervason yaptığımı söyledi (kendisine göre kısa ve yetersiz) bu kişi gelmeden önce ise eşi ile konuştuğumuzda hotelde yer olmadığını odaların başkalarına rezerve edildiğini söyledi (benim tek kişi kalacağım odayı 2 kişiye kiralamak daha kazançlı) . Bu kişinin turizimde halen olması tamamen utançtır. açgözlülüğü yüzünden tatilim zehir oldu. resimlede hotels.com tarafından kalmamın garantilendiğini görebilirsiniz. hotel hijyen açısından da sorunlar içeriyor. hernekadar kalamasamda ilgili kişiyi beklerken yemekler sokakta hazırlanıyordu.

Otel Alanyanın en merkezi yerinde, her yere yürüme mesafesindedir. Sahile sıfır çok güzel ve sıcak bir otel. Personelde guleryüzlu ve zarif.

Saat 14:15 te otele gitmemize ragmen odamiz hazir degildi 10 dakika daha beklemek zorunda kaldik. Asansör yok minibar yok. Yastiklari malesef nem kokuyordu değiştirmek zorunda kaldik. Yatagı berbatti hayatimda yattigim en kotu yatakti. Konumu disinda hicbirseyini begenmedik. Verilen puanlari asla haketmiyor bu puanlara guvenip sectik fakat bizim icin hayalkirikligi oldu

Kjempe beliggenhet i forhold til stranden Kleopatra, samt gangavstand til sentrum med butikker, barer, resturanter, Starbucks og roberts Coffee vegg i vegg, samt gondolbanen opp til Borgen, hvor det er kjempe fin utsikt over Alanya by, samt solnedgangen er verdt et skue. Når det gjelder hotellet mangler det kjøleskap på rommet, samt søppelbøtte til flasker etc. Og det ble vasket annen hver dag... så ops med håndkle etc. Betjeningen var super hyggelige og hjelpsomme :) Herlig balkong med utsikt over solnedgangen. Kun 2 min gange til stranden ;)

Otelde kahvaltı ikramı çok zayıf odalarda buzdolabı bulunmuyor

The hotel is located at the center of Cleopatra Beach with easy access to the shore. "Daytime" receptionist is extremely helpful and kind. Thanks for the parking lot once again; that was very kind of the receptionist. On the other hand; the furniture are very old. There are no sleepers, no shower gel, no mini-refrigerator, no safe box in the rooms. Note that there is no elevator in the hotel (this can be a problem for old people and handicapped people) The air conditioner works weakly and difficult to control (e.g.; when you start swing function; the air conditioner stops etc.) The rooms are small. Towels had a very bad odor when we stepped in. The kind receptionist had asked them changed immediately. This shouldn't happen at all though. In conclusion; I wonder how come this hotel has +9 rating. I cannot say that's a bad hotel but I can report that current rating is way too much for such an hotel.
