Hotel Lilian

I had a single room with a full bed. My bathroom and towels were not clean. The shower lacked a door or curtain, so the bathroom got wet every time I showered, and I did not receive a bath mat until the second night. The bed was uncomfortable, and the walls had stains or marks on them. That said, customer service was great, the location is ideal, and it was adequate for my purposes (a one-day visit to Iguazu falls).

Hotel was good, clean, staff very friendly (not every one at reception spoke English) and knowledgeable about transport, close to the bus terminal.

Very simple basic hotel in town. Price is inexpensive. Breakfast is very basic, no hair dryer at all (bring one if u wanna stay here). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very happy with position of hotel Lilian -within walking distance for bus, eateries etc. Staff very friendly. Basic breakfast of croissants,toast,jam,caramel.,juice coffee tea.

The staff was helpful, however the fact that one has to pay cash is a hassle, as the banks charge about 7% for ATM withdrawals. The wifi was working intermittently in the room, and so-and-so at the lobby, making it difficult to make video and online calls.
