The owner picked me up from the airport at 1am, very nice very helpful. It is very close to the airport so that is extra point. The room was nice, big, the air conditioner was a little too low for me, but I had the control and choose the highest setting, still a little hot. The pillow envelopes seemed clean but with some stain from paint or pen ink... Bathroom was clean, no bad odors, hot and cold water, it was good In the morning I realized that there was a family of ants sleeping with me, many ants. That is the only thing I didn't like.

Staff was professional and helpful. Room was small but clean and an excellent value. Shuttle svc to airport was reliable. Overall, very pleased.

The room was nice, the cable TV didn't have a good picture. 1 bottle of water and a packet of un salted peanuts was over $7,00 usd. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 am i was told to wait till 8:00am, eventually someone did turn up around 7:45.

Great private mini hotel close to the airport. They picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night without any complaints. This is a great value for a clean, comfortable, mini hotel. We were also treated to a great home-cooked breakfast in the morning.

Great stay

I came during covid season and the airport staff and hotel staff were all very helpful. I had to quarantine for the weekend in the hotel as my covid results hadnt come through yet. The hotel staff made this experience very easy. The bed was very comfy and en suite bathroom very clean. Communal kitchen downstairs was well equipped. The city itself was very safe, i never felt uncomfortable at any point. Also Ecuador covid restrictions were taken very seriously, which made the stay in the city, all that more relaxed. I would recommend hiring a rental car, to see more of the surrounding area. Towards the end of my stay i had to take another covid test to re-enter the states. The hotel desk has a number for a doctor who will come and test you that day, with next day results, although mine took 48 hours to arrive. Hotels location was 10 minute walk from the airport, wich was very useful. All hotel staff spoke great english. Also great value for money.
