Maybe too humid, the room smells wired

Nice hotel but was told to pay £9 for two towels because I got some make up on them when I washed my face. There's no way that two towels cost £9 and if would have come off in the wash, just like it does for me every single time. I was ripped off but had a flight to catch so didn't have time to stand and argue the cost. Expedia, can you reimburse in either a refund or credit? Left a very sour taste to my stay.

Good breakfast. I find that boutique hotels often don’t have pools. This one did.

Brand new hotel with carpeted hallways and rooms. Everything is new including a Japanese style toilet with too many buttons! Only downside was the slamming of the doors and the cleaning crews starting very early, but all in all a wonderful hotel. Well worth the money.

Clean hotel and nice facilities
The bed was comfortable.

Excellent cost performance, very comfortable.
But I'd like to tell a few points to be more better:
1) WiFi connection is weak in my room.
Though a large display has YouTube function, it cannot be used with WiFi connection.
2) Breakfast is good, but hopes to have more variation for long staying guest.
Overall I'm very satisfied and now this hotel is one of my recommendation.
