Hotelito Azul

There is no sign on the outside the hotel making it difficult to find. It is connected to the Olivia organic market and the you check in there the check in process was easy the hotel staff at check in is very sharp and pleasant. The room was nice nothing special the bathroom was very cool. The staff on the beach side of things was the downside they have a terrible beer selection and the waitstaff is slow and not very attentive. The property is beautiful. I wouldn’t stay there again not because it’s a bad place just overpriced for what you get.

Showed up to a property with no electricity no water. There generator went out. They told us we could cxl and refund us. It was chaos at their front desk with many guests checking out. Good luck to anyone trying to request a refund. Hotels.com is no help and neither is this place.

Amazing experience!!!

This place wreaked of mildew. Rainstorm made everything smelly, moist and wet. Front desk staff was not helpful. Food was terrible. Pool was small. No real amenities. WiFi was out my entire visit!!!!! I had to go next door to another hotel and steal their wifi.

Everything was great. But only two complaints were about the WiFi and the bad service and the parking. Beautiful place to stay and everything is in walking distance

Feels like a wannabe luxury hotel that missed the mark. Beautiful beach front and ocean view, but very overpriced for services provided. The front of the building is only half finished and contruction was constant. Sink was leaking the entire week. Staff would clean the room, take dirty towels, and leave no fresh ones daily. Some days water was provided in room and others we were told to purchase at the bar. It took 30 minutes to get your credit card back after every drink or meal purchase. Drinks were more expensive than most US cities. WIFI was out for over 24 hours and was not reliable most days.

Asked for towels it took 24hrs after asking 3 times

First thing is first the place is under heavy construction both in front and in the back, it was never mentioned !Reserved thru Expedia pay at the arrival they’ve charged my cc 2 days before and then started to demand the same exact card like you have to remember what card did you use and travel with a bunch of credit cards. They charged second time another credit card. The manager was of no help at all. No VIP access was ever granted instead they assigned me to a bungalow with a construction view, there’s no TV in the room. First rain and the bungalow got a serious leak right on my bed. This is a 2.5-3 star hotel at very best. Stay away unless you want to ruin your vacation.
