I hope I can get my money back
The Riad is in good condition. Since it is located in the old town, it needs a bit of walk after getting off from the vehicle. The check-in was quite slow.
Everything was fine for our first-night stay, but we were told our room was overbooked after we returned from the desert tour for the second stay. We spend over 1.5 hour transferred to another Riad (although the other riad is fine, but it was really tiring and time-consuming, and the most ridiculous part is we got to pay again for the other riad but we don’t get any refund from the original booking, the Riad said it is not their responsibility and ask us to claim refund from the agency after we return to our country. We got a long day and we don’t have other options to search for other places late at night with two heavy luggage... so we paid twice for one night, and will have to hassle for a refund later.
Moreover, We booked the Zagora tour through this Riad, the price of the tour is slightly higher than other agency, but we like the photos and the tour description it showed so we decided to pay more for the trip. It turns out the tent we stayed in the desert is nothing like what we have seen from the picture and the tour squeezed us into a small 4ppl tent instead of the 2ppl tent that agreed. We stood up and argued for over an hour and we finally got arranged to another 2ppl tent (but still far from the quality that we see from the pictures)
Bad experience, we wont recommend it.
