The location is ideal for visiting the old town...close to everything. No car is required. 5-10 min walk from airport bus drop off. The balcony overlooked a small square with a children’s park and there is a grocery store almost next door.There is virtually no concierge help at all- best to go to the tourist information office at Plaça España. On the one day the room was cleaned (they do housekeeping every 3 days) a dirty rag was left on the kitchen counter and the stovetop was dirty. The kitchen has the bare essentials - could have used a dishcloth and tea towel.

Sanding Roig, the directora was superb. So very helpful. She helped me with rental car company, laundry, parking and general directions around town.

Very impressed with the hotel. Located in the old town, and close to many restaurant and shopping areas. The room was modern and clean. They only offer room cleaning every 3 days, but that didn’t bother us. We absolutely loved our stay!

This was my second time staying here and I loved it! The set up of the hotel is gorgeous and homey and it’s so centrally located! I won’t be staying anywhere but here when I come! Also, the front desk remembered me from last time and she’s so sweet and welcoming! can’t wait to come back!

Loved this hotel in the middle of Old Town. It was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The hotel was a prior fabric factory which they have chosen to use remnants as decorations which I enjoyed. Staff was super helpful. 👍👍 for this hotel.

Perfect place to stay and explore Palma. Great apartment with everything we needed, we'll defintiley be back! The staff were really great and very friendly.

Very modern and spacious. Everything was quite new. It's an excellent central location and a good place to stay without car. The kitchenette was very useful as we liked to eat dinner in. The main defect with the build is the internal soundproofing. The entrance door is not well sound proofed and during the day we could hear a lot of noise from the cleaners in the central courtyard when trying to nap. Internet was good when it was working but occasionally cut out. TV signal was poor too (scrambled picture) but internet based services like netflix worked well. Overall a brilliant place with a few minor issues.

The best quality of the hotel is its location. Within 10 minutes, you are in the heart of everything: restaurants, shops and activities. The hotel is beautiful and unique, extremely clean and feels luxurious. You have a patio on the roof to enjoy (only open until 8 PM); large seating area and when you exit from the gates of the hotel, you have a lovely plaza with restaurants and coffee shops. If you are used to having a hotel with amenities, such as hotel shops or eating options on premise, this hotel does not have any of that. If you need any services (reception area) before 9 AM or after 9 PM, you will not have any of it as the reception only available within these hours. There is no room service and the housekeeping comes every 3 days. But there is a welcome present for you, a bottle of wine, on arrival. So, overall, this beautiful hotel is perfect for being able to walk to best areas of Palma old town, comfortable beds and luxurious bedding and towels, but don’t expect its usual hotel amenities

Very unique boutique style hotel, very central to the old town. We booked a junior suite which was perfect for my wife and I.....small kitchenette and seating area, glass partitioned bathroom areas and huge bed. Refreshing air con. Rooftop pool is really a plunge pool but a nice touch. Small supermarket only a few metres away.
