Very basic lodging in a very nice, well maintained room. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast very good, much better than I had expected for the price. One tip: if you need to shower with a bar of soap, bring one as they only have liquid soap pumper. Also it's very secure, they buzz you in the front door even though the area is not dangerous. If what you need is a bed, bath and breakfast close to the main train station, this is the place.

I picked this accommodation because of its proximity to the railway station, although it wasn't in the most 'touristy' of areas. It was however walkable to main attractions including the Colosseum and very close to a Metro station. The accommodation was basic but clearly built to a high standard with a clean and airy room, comfortable bed and a decent shower. I wasn't expecting air conditioning for the price so that was a bonus, as were the shutters to ensure a good night's sleep. Other areas of the accommodation were equally excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful, fortunately with a better grasp of English than my very basic Italian. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Outside space included a covered terrace on the 4th floor and a roof garden above it, and I spent a couple of hours one afternoon up there with a book and a coffee from the on site vending machine (only 40c). I would definitely stay here again, as on reflection it was an excellent choice despite being slightly out of the tourist areas as I prefer to be on a quiet street and there were more than enough shops and restaurants in close walking distance. If you want to be in the thick of the action this place isn't for you, but if you want somewhere quiet to rest and relax after sightseeing all day then you will most likely be very comfortable here.

This hotel was superb! It was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was so excellent that I never went to a restaurant for breakfast or brunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic because it is right next to a park where there is a metro station. It is also easily within walking distance from the colosseum and the Roman forum. I will return with my family.
