HOTEL TWENTY NINE

My wife and I were just looking for a over night traveller hotel, pleasantly surprise nice little hotel with good breakfast, clean bathroom, good towels, and good quality bedding.

A great location, walking distance from the main train station, easy walk to old town. They were very accommodating, loaning me an adaptor, providing breakfast the night before as I was departing very early. The room was cleaned when I came home each evening. Very good for the price

Lovely room, comfortable bed and tho people complain bathroom is small it's not important - perfectly big enough for bathroom activities! And most importantly clean with good facilities. Very convenient and safe area (3 mins from train, 10 mins walk from historic centre) - all in all, wonderful.

Hotel was nice, and breakfast was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable! It was also quite noisy outside early in the mornings. I booked a single room, and the room size could easily accommodate a larger bed, but for some reason they only had a small one in there (with poor pillows too) which meant my feet were off the end of the bed, and I didn't sleep that well. Surely it's such a simple thing to put a decent sized bed in the room?

Beware of the hobbit beds! I had a terrible nights sleep given the tiny single bed without a headboard. Please note that I am used to single beds. My room was noisy also given the road noise, so earplugs are a must. In terms of the positives: 1) convenient central location. 2) clean rooms. 3) nice breakfast. 4) tea and coffee in room. 5) friendly staff. Overall: 1) terrible bed. 2) noisy room given road noise. 3) cramped bathroom with no shelves and towel holders.
