Buonanotte Roma 2

It was an apartment converted to 4 rooms hotel. It was clean and quiet. No receptions or lobby. I didn't like the heating system which was provided by an air conditioner(It was too loudy). There was a very ancient elevator. The good thing is just 3-4 minutes walk to Rome Termini train station.

The B&B/hotel is very close to termini station, just 5 minutes walk however, it is difficult to find on navigator. The room was clean and comfortable. The management team was efficient and contacted us prior to the stay regarding checking information. The TV channels were only few and weren't in English at all, not even one channel. They have contracted a restaurant for breakfast which was couple of blocks away. The restaurant staff was very rude and unfriendly. They only offered ONE small, cold, plain croissant and a SMALL size coffee or cappuccino in a plastic cup (single without sleeve). We can't even hold it. I highly recommend to the management team to consider evaluating their contract with that restaurant. Finally, I found this B&B bit expensive for the services it offers.

There is no office we had to call hotels.com to call the owner and we had to wait 2 hours for him to show up and open the door check us in and give us 4 breakfast tickets that were a joke we had to walk 2 blocks for breakfast and the would not let us sit down to eat inside they gave us 2 stools and it was cold and rainy that day , the elevator is scary only 2 people fit in it and I got stuck the first day

Great stay for the price. VERY central.

It was a very comfortable room in a very convenient location, just a block off from the central train station. I thought it was a good value.
