Riad Les Oliviers & Spa

This place was the hardest to find. It’s situated in an alley where you will need to walk about 5-7 minutes from the taxi stand. You have to know exactly where you are going or you will get lost. No hot/warm water which made for a cold shower when the weather was chilly outside. The staff was okay, the okay was okay.

Not a bad place. We arrived in the middle of renovations, so not the best timing. Service was acceptable, nothing exceptional. Although Bouchra and Zohra were quite nice and helpful. The street can be quite noisy and nearby pollution (from motorbikes) is a bit too much. Breakfast is good and swimming pool is a plus. Good location, 5 minutes to souks and shops.

The staff here make the place. They know their clientelle - people who are visiting the rip-off madness of Marrakesh and want somewhere that is trustworthy to stay. Honest, friendly. No obscure extras on the bill. Pleasant ok rooms. Quiet. Good A/C. Good food. Ask them and they'll sort transport from the airport and meet you at the nearby parking. I was really impressed with these people

O riad é ótimo os funcionários super simpáticos e está muito bem localizado, senti-me em casa de um amigo/familiar recomendo! Pequeno almoço bom mas diferente, nada de ovos mexidos e etc, há pão, café leite chá, sumo, bolo, iogurte, mas tudo bom!

Nous avons passé en famille un super séjour ! Et ceci n’aurait pas été le cas sans l’accueil si chaleureux de Anas (merci infiniment !!). Il nous a guidé et donné de très bon conseil. Il nous a proposé aussi des services additionnels pour connaître Marrakech à un pris très (TRÈS!) correct et sans besoin de négocier, qu’à force cela peu devenir fatiguant. Sinon, le petit déjeuner, copieux, savoureux et traditionnel. Nous gardons un super souvenir du jus d’orange et du thé à la menthe! La chambre que nous avons eu (Fes) était parfaite pour une famille! Les lits étaient très confortables et l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait! À 5 min à pied de la place et étonnamment au calme dans cette folle Médina! Parfait pour le repos après une journée mouvementée ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

On a aimé le riad, le personnel. On a moins aimé le chauffeur pour le transfert retour aeroport qu'on avait déjà eu pour notre journée à Essaouira
