No Wifi / Owner Issues
Positives - kitchen staff and Guadalupe (Front Desk) were friendly/attentive. Breakfast is nothing to feast on as its small in quantity and options are limited and seating with only 4 tables. The location is close in proximity to various restaurants.
The amenities of WIFI connectivity is extremely bad everywhere and falls flat to facilitate a better experience to meet basic standards. There is a creamed colored couch and a TV that is mostly turned off.
The hot water is sporadic and at times there was none, especially when taking a shower. The room was not cleaned everyday as it’s done every other day per Reception and towels are not replaced daily nor were my bed sheets ever changed during my stay.
On my last day Guadalupe came up to my room, per the Owner, that they had a guest reservation for a family room and asked if I could move to another room. Normally, after a room is paid this should not be a conversation but since I had the family room, for which I was given at check-in as there was no single rooms I reserved, I stayed at the family one. I complied to do Guadalupe a favor but the room she offered was not what I expected so I decided to seek shelter elsewhere. I never got to speak to owner eventhough I requested it as he tried to be slick and dishonest by attempting to give me less of a refund than what I had already paid for. This hotel lacks decent amenities and ownership behavior is a joke that makes it hard to come back.
