This place is amazing! We will definitely stay again

We were charged a $250 deposit against possible damage, and asked to sign a statement stating we would not have additional people over or have excessive noise. We were very quiet. Our neighbors however, with their dog Bruiser, were not. They held loud parties until 4 AM and were running up and down the hall. The apartment is very trendy with it's furnishings, but rather bare on the walls and floors, so the sounds were not buffered at all. The location to where we needed to be was great, and the parking service by the valets were awesome. Once we figured out the system to get in and out of the building we were fine. It's definitely like Fort Knox trying to get in.

There was some kind of poisonous smell in the air that made us sick as dogs throwing up and shiting like crazy we were sick we had to leave we couldn't do the Alzheimer's Walk or go to the fair.

The room rate was good but the added fees, taxes, damage deposits were a nasty surprise. There was an unpleasant smell in the building. The square footage was generous but the only bathroom available through the bedroom was awkward.

Honeymoon ruined by check-in process failure. They wanted me to upload my ID via a link that was broken in an email. Would not check-us in. Hotels.com could not get the venue to answer. Security guard said "You won't resolve this...it happens a lot". We had to find another place. Will sue Hotels.com and Expedia for taking the fee up front and not refunding. We paid 3 nights up front. Thanks Hotels and your screwed up venue.
