The Markets of the City of Biarritz open every day, though things start winding down closer toward 1 pm. You’ll probably need to spend around 2 hours at this market. If you’re feeling peckish, there’s a handful of French restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors on the same street, Rue des Halles.
