Dissapointing
Dissapointed in different ways:
1) no free internet. For a hotel which advertises itself as a business hotel, it is weird that you have to pay for such a basic thing. Then on top, if you want to use wireless, you also have to pay extra for that!
2) small room with very impractical design, a table with a sharp poing which cuts in the middle of the room is not very handy, especially at night.
3) the lobby had a terrible draught. People were sitting with coats on to have a drink. I know the temperature dropped dramaticly, but for a 4 - 5 star hotel, this is just plain bad.
The state of the hotel was good, it was clean, the service was friendly and the location excellent. However, the 3 items above make it that I wouldnt recommend the hotel to others, as there are quite a few hotels in Shanghai which are better for the same price.
