Very nice and flexible staff. Nice location, but the bathroom had no ventilation - hence all clothes and bedsheets got very damp. Good breakfast set up.

Excelente localização, praticamente na Rua das Pedras. Excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários com destaque para o Pablo na recepção. O Gerente, Sr. HERNAN, argentino de fidalguia em grau máximo como era de se esperar de um autêntico hermano. Com a recente mudança de proprietário e de filosofia o Hotel passará por reformas e adequação com projeto bastante alvissareiro. Enfim, muito felizes com a nossa estadia. Voltaremos, de certo.

O hotel é charmoso, bem localizado, mas o quarto é um forno, o ar condicionado liga mas não refresca, pedi ventilador, enviaram alguém pra verificar o ar, não resolveu e não enviaram ventilador. Pelo visto a reclamação era geral, quando estávamos saindo do hotel, alguém chegou com quatro ventiladores. Falta cuidado tb, lixeira do banheiro quebrada, embalagem de sabonete líquido vazio.

A estadia foi muito boa. Os únicos dois problemas foram que a água quente do chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente (mas também não fiz uma reclamação na recepção, então ok) e o quarto não tinha tv (pra passar aquele tempinho entre você deitar na cama e começar a pegar no sono, sabem?). Mas, de resto, tudo ótimo.

Hotel tem uma boa localização e estrutura mas parece ser mal administrado, faltava água para comprar no hotel, o café da manhã era muito simples, tinha poucas opções e ainda faltava alguma das poucas opçoes. Um dos 3 dias na minha hospedagem não limparam meu quarto e mal ajeitaram a cama.
