Pelo preco que pagamos deixa demais a desejar. Temos jm filho adolescente , escolhemos o hotel por acreditar que tinha recreacao . Mas nao tinha . Foi um fiasco. Tinham muitos adolescentes mas praticamente nada de recreação. Meu filho que fez amizade, criou um grupo e eles mesmos buscavam o que fazer. Com relacao a comida, pessimo. Os restaurantes do hotel: inevitável, massa, portugues foram horriveis,a experiência foi muito ruim. Enfim, preco caro pro hotel que deixa a desejar em tudo.

Vale a nota que tem, não volto na temporada.
Me hospedei por 7 dias, a estrutura do resort é nota 10 e a equipe de recreação é nota 1000. A noite de réveillon foi muito boa, montaram um palco (bem grande por sinal), alguns cantores, decoração e ceia diferenciadas, incluindo lagostas, show de fogos por 5 minutos e rosas para Iemanjá. Em época de final de ano sabemos que é altíssima temporada, o hotel também sabe e cobra a mais por isso, é normal e eu paguei sabendo, tudo o que vou relatar abaixo não pode ser justificado por ser alta temporada, como mencionei o preço também foi diferenciado. Vale ressaltar que o hotel estava com 100% de ocupação. Para pegar espreguiçadeira só se acordar às 7 da manhã, não tem para todo mundo. Não consegui comer omeletes e tapiocas em nenhum dia, são feitos na hora e tinha filas todos os dias. No bar da piscina também precisava ficar na fila. Sorvete? Meia hora de fila. Os funcionários trabalham muito, dava pena de ver, soavam e faziam o que podiam, percebe-se que é uma equipe muito motivada. Parabéns ao RH. Em vários momentos não tinham copos e pratos. A lei da sobrevivência era ativada e virava uma terra sem lei, uma única pessoa pegava 5 pratos e enchia de camarão, não deixando nada para os próximos. Quando serviram salmão na janta as pessoas saiam correndo e enchiam os pratos. Quando cheguei não tinha quarto disponível. demoraram 2 horas para buscar a mala no quarto. O hotel precisa melhorar e muito na alimentação, a qualidade não é boa, embora seja abundante.

Boa estadia, mas com coisas importantes a melhorar
Em geral boa mas com problemas. AS toalhas disponibilizadas pareciam uma lixa, de péssima qualidade, ap;os um dia de sol tomar um banho e usar essas toalhas nao foi uma experiencia agradavel. Um dos quartos da nossa reserva ficou sem ar condicionado no domingo a npite hpouve uma troca e de quarto e o outro quarto tambem o ar condicionado nao funcionava a cointento. A praia em frente ao hotel precisa ser limpa, hospedes mal educados deixam latasm, copos de bplasticos e outras coisas e ficam espalhados e enterrados na areia junto às cadeira do hotel.
