Stood here last minute on a road trip with our Dogs. We have stood at another MyPlace location before in Bozeman MT, which was good. This one was just as good, clean rooms, large with kitchenette, our pets had a place to stay. Would stay again.
Only odd thing was the night we checked in, i had asked if we could extend our stay another night as we were exhausted and didnt want to leave in the morning to head home to Boise. The receptionist said yes, shouldn't be a problem there was availability, but that she couldn't get into the system to add the stay so just check back in the morning. So I called downstairs to extend in the morning and was told it was sold out - and it had been sold out so not sure why she said there was availability. As we scrambled to pack, i looked up other area hotels and saw that this hotel was listed like normal on expedia having availability so i booked it just in case that meant something opened up. i called back downstairs and told them aqnd they said nope - sold out. So i canceled my booking. But it begged the question: so what if I booked this online and just happened to show up not knowing it was actually sold out, would they just turn me away>? and they said unfortunately yes. SO my only advice is if you book here PLEASE call them to make sure they truly have availability. makes no sense that the systems arent communicating properly.
