couple of things: the room was one level up from ground level. you had to use STAIRS. the bathroom was the smallest i have ever seen. The water pressure in the shower was pathetic. outside light illuminated the room at night. the hair dryer was NOT mounted. thus there was a screw sticking out from the hair cryer base.

Studio Unit Upper Oceanfront 'San Remo': Perfect for couple, room was very clean, updated, AC worked well and awesome balcony ocean view. Grounds were quiet and short, direct walk to beach. Short drive to downtown Montauk and hiking trails.

I reserved room #44. The room was very nice and convenient for one or two people. There were just 2 issues. 1- The stove did not work, 2-the front door latch must be fixed. We woke up and the front door was open. We do think it was opened with the wind because the door did not completely close problem with the door latch. other than that it was wonderful! Please have the door latch fix for room #44.
