Absolutely outstanding hotel. I booked to stay 2 nights with balcony overlooking the Burj Kalifa View. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the upmost welcome by Mohamed. He was very friendly and informative and gave us a stunning room. The staff were helpful taking your bags out the car and to your room. The facilities in the room are second to none. You have everything you could ever need and more. Room service is 24/7 and not bad priced. The restaurant and bar area is very beautiful and overlooks the Burj and waterfront. I cannot fault anything about our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was one of the most magical trips we have ever had and this is down to the facilities and wonderful staff. Highly recommend Radisson Blu to anyone staying in Dubai and wanting to be located quite central. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one <3

Excited for my first visit to Dubai but the hotel did not provide the experience I was hoping for. My first issue was the bathtub draining into the shower which was across the room, bubbling over, and flooding the room with dirty water. When I asked for a room change, they sent a repair man who claimed it was fixed. This was around 8am. After hearing nothing by 1pm, I asked for the room to be cleaned while I went out. It was cleaned well. The front desk called me back at 7.30 pm to see if I wanted a room change, I declined as I would be departing at 5am the following day. Just before my departure, I tried to drain the tub again and it flooded again. This was an unfortunate series of events, other areas of the hotel were fine, including breakfast which was nice. However, upon flying to my country of residence, I realized my other currency's cash was missing, it was quite a bit to just lose. My careless error, as I believe I left it out on the table before the room was cleaned. But I have checked all of my bags and it is nowhere to be found. An additional unfortunate event and I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I came for 2 nights and stayed at the premium burj view room.. I asked for the best view and high room since it was my anniversary and was given a room with a mediocre view and no other upgrades or privileges although I am a returning customer ( last visit was in December and checked in by the nice egyptian employee) this time it was a female employee. The room also had plumbing issues which were later resolved and cleaning was very bad no change of sheets and towels were removed
