Clean hotel close to the metro with great rooms and comfortable beds. However, the elevator was out of service for most of the trip. After walking all over the city and lugging suitcases all over, this was brutal.

Enjoyable Stay.
This is my 3rd time staying here, and I’ll stay again as I always come away rested and recharged - the staff is pleasant and helpful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and modern and the breakfast is a big plus, it’s said to be continental but there’s hot offerings - eggs, sausage and a good assortment of oatmeal, cereal and juices. I’ve seen some reviewers complain about the surrounding area, and correctly mentioned it’s not the greatest but within the hotel you feel none of the energy from outside, it’s a safe and secure environment and for the price it over delivers.

Horrible the room,hallway,and elevator stunk like cigarettes smoke the shower broke while taking a shower in one of my rooms and the king bed room did not have a king bed it was more like a queen I have a king bed at my house with my wife and nothing like it we don’t come anywhere near each other through the night here we where on top of each other couldn’t sleep from the smell got a sore throat from it and nose is now plugged from my allergies from the cigarette molded smell now my trip is ruined for me and my family

The hotel itself was very nice, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provided complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 10am. The parking is very limited, I believe that I counted about 8, maybe 9, parking spots - after those are taken then you need to use street parking. The surrounding area is near some NYCHA housing projects, as well as some homeless shelters - so, some of the people you will see in the streets can look a little‘sketchy’. I did, however, see a police presence. Overall, I had a really comfortable and good experience.

Great stay minutes away from Manhattan
Staff was super kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were soft. Breakfast was good. We used public transportation the whole 3 days so it was just a 4 minute walk to the train and 2 stops into Manhattan. Would stay here again
