Location was good-walkable proximity to major attractions including TSQ, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr and Central Park. All staff encountered were friendly. The restaurant food was a decent option to avoid crowds elsewhere-server seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was basically manning the entire full restaurant on his own. Valet parking was not an option for us as we were leaving on NYE and garage used by hotel was to be closed for the holiday; doorman recommended an acceptable, close parking alternative that saved us $30/day, but still stressful to arrive by car to that news! Our room (301) was small but clean. Absolutely horrendous view of a roof, blue tarp and brick walls. If we cranked our necks and went right up against the window,
we could see the color of the sky! Overall a good experience but definitely could have been better for the price. Our bad for picking such a crazy busy time to visit the city!
