Great Stay
Room was very basic, carpet needs to be replaced. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable!! GREAT location, never had to use the car, very close to City Market and River Street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasnt exciting, but it was free.

Check in went well. However my bank card had multiple extra charges added to my card. The office said it would fall off my card eventually. The extra charges added up to almost $700. I wasn't happy.

Great location!
The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The women at the front desk were so sweet and always welcomed us with a smile. The location was absolutely amazing as well. We walked everywhere all weekend and didn't need a car.

Great location/ room not very comfortable.
The location was great. Everything we did was within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was ok. The hotel is older and room was kinda small. The king size bed was not comfortable and squeeked everytime one of us moved. The carpet had some older stains. We stayed in a pet friendly room dince we had our 10lb Pomeranian with us. The cost was very affordable. The breakfast was continental.

Good location
1960's style motor inn with parking under some rooms. Noisy with traffic on bsy street and music playing until late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside was behind on maintenance and needed alot of love. No room service daily. The breakfast was marginal. A short to the river walk was the saving grace. Not a good vslue for the $300 a night i paid.

Location, location, location...right in the heart of the north historic district. Walking to the river front, shopping, dining, night life, historic venues, wonderful historic buildings. That being said, it is a budget hotel and everything that goes with that. Staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean for the most part and the area felt safe to be walking around. for a one or two night stay would do again. If I were to visit Savannah for a longer time period I might spend the extra to get something a bit more than transient accommodations.

Health Code Violations
Room 139 has BLACK MOLD growing on ceiling. The toliet would not flush, used the one in lobby. The light in the bathroom did not work, light over sink did not work. I have contacted the Health Department about the Black mold. You will not feel safe at any point during your stay.

You wake up with back pain neck pain! bathroom horrible! tap to wash the hands only worked hot and was impossible to brush your teeth and still you have to pay $25.00 to leave your car in the parking lot. that was also an absurdity
