Airport emergency saved by La Quinta
I have a cancelled flight to London and this place was a lifesaver. Free airport shuttle was great, and the staff were SO LOVELY. Okay it’s not the fanciest but it was perfect for my time of need, and good value. Breakfast is basic but gets the job done.

The staff was got the job done, but overall unfriendly. I had to call about a question for the shuttle and it took 16 calls bc I was disconnected repeatedly . Our room was shabby, the hallways are very dark, the pool area had the same used trowels and trash on the floor there for 2 days in a row. The workout room had some pieces of equipment on the floor in the corner. And the breakfast was…barely edible. Don’t touch the omelettes. Just don’t do it.

I stayed there because I flew in for an interview that was going to take place close to the airport. While it is close to the airport getting a shuttle from the airport took quite a while. I landed about 130 and did not get to the hotel till almost 4 o’clock, I called multiple times and the girl was not very good at describing where to go for pick up or what I was actually waiting for. And there are not clear directions on the website or reservation emails or anything. Make sure when you book that you asked specifically where to be picked up because right now the place that you would normally be picked up at is under construction.

Don't stay here!
I waited 2 & 1/5 hours for my room service. The smoke alarm went off and continue to ring for over 40 minutes before they could get it turned off in the middle of the night. Everyone was rude and the room was not clean! I felt unsafe!
