bugs all over the place, pool was FREEZING and had a lot of bugs in the pool as well ;( room didn’t have coffee maker or cups like usual. went to front desk at 10:30pm and nobody was there. waited for 10mins and nobody came, we wanted to get a few coffees to buy but couldn’t cause nobody was there.

They gave me a room a room that was occupied with someone’s belongings such as liquor, a backpack and clothing.

Checked in, went up to my room, opened the door and clearly somebody was already staying in that same room. Personal belongings all around, bed not made and TV was on. Shut the door immediately and let the front desk know. Got another room but worried the entire time that someone else was going to be given a key to my room and worried about safety of myself, my dog and my personal belongings. Dead bugs in the lobby on the floor. Thought they were roaches but never saw any live ones. Pretty sure they were beetles. Room was clean. Staff was friendly but did have an instance where I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk before finally calling the front desk to tell them I was standing there waiting for someone.
