This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian. The following morning a different staff very reluctantly made contact with a taxi company upon request to go to the airport which I also paid for. The hotel is not located in the city center so it is not worth considering it any way. The only upside is that the rooms are clean and the bed is of high quality.
