Helpful and kind desk staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. Working and quiet refrigerator. Clean bathroom with nice shower. Full glass on the shower - for those traveling with other guests who may want to use the toilet or sink at the same time.

We loved staying at the hotel. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We brought our dog, Charlie Brown, and they were so welcoming and kind to him.

Meh.
Meh. It was fine. It is obvious this is an old hotel that was refreshed. A nice shiny refresh but the bones of the building are on obviously old. Not why it has such good reviews. Customer service was not friendly at all. Pool area was so outdated it was gross. Breakfast was good. Overall it worked for our 1 night stay but next time I am in Eau Claire, I will choose another hotel.

Sheets
My sheets were wet and I slept on a towel. My daughter was sleeping by the time I got back to the room so I didn’t call front desk so she wouldn’t wake up. The comforter was not wet. Just a big area in the sheets.

Hotel was nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice to have a hot breakfast choice. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and the pool. Our only complaint was that the room refrigerator did not work and more water came out of the faucet than the shower head. We mentioned this on check out and they made a note and said they would have maintenance check it out.
