8/10 Very Good

The place to stay in the plaza!
Dated property. However this is a long time jewel near the plaza with FREE parking and a great breckfast. Outstanding service. Great beds and a super shower head! Stairs to upper rooms. Low toilets!!! Tight parking spots. Free local area shuttle to/from plaza and art district. A great downtown stay in Santa Fe!

Hotel with a distinctly local vibe.
The Inn is conveniently located to everything in the core of Santa Fe. The restaurant/ bar had a much more local vibe than other hotels, which is vey nice. Rooms are comfy but could use some updating. Plugs and charging outlets are scarce. Mini-frig in my room needed a new compressors. Evdrything else was great.

Nice stay in Santa Fe
Amazing stay. Hotel was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Plaza but close enough to walk to. Staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was alone worth the stay. So delicious and great variety, splurge for the King Deluxe- it is in the nicer building and worth it.

Best brealfast buffet EVER!
This was our first time staying here after years of coming to Santa Fe for Christmas. We usually like to jump around and experience different places. The Inn was cute and cozy and convenient to walk to the Canyon Road Farolito Walk, and the plaza. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! But this had to be the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced in all my decades of business and pleasure travel! They are the same staff from Joe's Tequila Bar. So we'll definitely be back to stay and will definitely try lunch or dinner there!

Inn on the Alameda was a lovely hotel, close to the galleries on Canyon Road and a short walk to the square. Joe’s Tequila Bar is a nice casual restaurant with great desserts just off the lobby. We took advantage of the Inn’s courtesy van on more than one occasion when we weren’t sure what parking options were available at our desired destination. But the best, most memorable aspect of the Inn was their wonderful staff. All the employees were helpful, kind, and courteous. In particular Irma was especially nice. We would stay there again.

Superior service! Everyone was friendly, genuine and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant food was delicious and being able to sit by a roaring fire during the snowstorm to eat our meal was heaven.
