This place is gross. AC hardly worked and the AC unit was very crudely placed in the wall with foam insulation. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Apparently the place is under new management and very understaffed, but still would not recommend staying here - especially with how much they are charging a night. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one, we found a different hotel for the second night in Hamilton.

This place was the worst we have been in and a total rip off at $175 for one night. Conditions were dirty and extremly run down. No coffee maker. Mattresses shot. Should be delisted by all booking sites.

Despite the dated facade/exterior, which needs some work, the rooms had been completely remodeled. Furniture, carpet, TV, fridge, amenities were all brand new. AC worked great. Mike, who runs the front desk was extremely helpful. For the budget-minded, I’d recommend it.

Property was in transition between owners. Could have been "quaint" if attention to details was demonstrated. Rate was perhaps lowest in town, but it showed, as it was my wife felt uncomfortable. Items of concern in a first-floor room: secondary locking system missing (chain & slider), door jamb appeared to be repaired with wood putty, window air conditioner functioning, but noisy, rug was stained, empty soda bottle found under the bed, cable controller did not operate TV, no suitcase stand, no cleaning service provided but towels changed when requested.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. The first morning neither room had hot water. I informed the the front desk and they told me maintenance would fix that day. Woke up the next morning and did not have hot water for shower again. Neither room.
The first day both rooms only had 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and one room did have Kleenex in the dispenser. I had to go find the cleaning crew to ask for some.
Out the side door of the complex there was old couches and shelving units and stacks of garbage all over. The garbage cans in the complex were over full and spilling onto the ground. Filthy.
I can not believe Travelocity books rooms at this motel

Tried to call all evening to tell we would be there at 7pm...no answer. got there at 7pm room was still dirty, no one at the desk had to go find her, she said she had no help and had lots of health problems, which I felt bad for her but she should not be working at a business like this...we looked in open door to rooms they looked dirty and hot....

It's a 1 star hotel thats for sure. Only one staff person to do everything. Clean, check in, you name it, just one person. So with that in mind the place was in great condition. Except it really wasnt. Not the staff's fault. Owners need to step up and hire more people. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. Pubes everywhere, toilet had a thick layer of grime, walls and door did too. Shower curtain/rod was broken. Amazed it didn't fall off. Room was dirty. I travel with wipes, hit a couple counters and they came up brown. Sheets and towels were very old, but they were clean. A plus.
Last thing, there were Tweakers everywhere! I mean at least they were nice tweakers, so that was a plus...

Hotel extremely understaffed, we had to clean our own room or else had to wait another hour for check in, already waited 2 hours, front desk lady very nice , but was the only one there due to no staffing, did NOT even get a discount on the room!!!!

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Bed was soft but sheets hadn’t been changed so ended up sleeping on top of the covers. Carpet was filthy - my husband’s bare feet were black after walking around the room for a few minutes 😳 Bathroom was filthy. Pool hadn’t been cleaned and was full of moss. Towels had a bad smell. Limited parking. Night attendant was friendly and helpful.
