Convenient and Clean
Super easy and prompt check-in by the sweet receptionist. They grouped us near our friends so that was great. The hotel is nicely decorated with Natuve American accents. The only negative is that the train guys by often and blows its whistle.

I'll be back someday
The staff was very helpful with information about the area and culture. Also, when my dates got mixed up, they worked it out. The restaurant had good food. The only funny thing is that the train went by when I visited the hot tub, and it was so loud I couldn't carry on a conversation.

This hotel refused to over a refund after Havasupai was closed due to a flash flood that inevitably shut down the place to tourists indefinitely. The tribe treats tourists like a money grab.

Not sure why all the complaints on this property were negative. I had a great experience. Stayed one late as a place to rest my head after a full day of adventures. Check in was good. The room was a regular room as you see in a hotel. The pool was nice. The gym was great for a morning workout. Check out was easy. Yes there’s a train. You can hear clearly outside but indoors not as bad as people say. Put your earplugs in and call it a night. Thank you for the friendly staff I came across.
