I have been choosing this hotel for several years because of its practicality, good price and staff. The rooms are spacious, but ask if you can stay in the ones that are being renovated, if not, turn on the air conditioning when you arrive to get rid of the musty smell. Finally, they are removing the carpet from the rooms, and giving the rooms a more modern look. The location is very good, practical, the transportation is super practical, the breakfast is perfect, the hotel staff is very friendly, willing to help and a great. I real recommend it.

at the front desk every staff told me a different story when I needed info and service , it's seem they don't have a policy to follow. they overcharge me 26 dollars . I don't recommend that place. The shuttle service is a scam , I paid for shuttle and I did not get it I ended up paying uber to leave the airport and go back to the airport the internet -wi-fi 0/10 did not work

If you're considering staying at Hotel Panamby Guarulhos, run the other way!Our experience was absolutely horrendous from the moment we walked in. Despite a quick check-in at 1 AM, the second we entered our room, we were hit with the unbearable stench of what smelled like a filthy, unclean bathroom. To make matters worse, this disgraceful experience came at the absurd price of almost 500 reais (about $90 USD) for a room in Brazil—completely outrageous for such a dingy, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. But the nightmare didn't end there. At checkout, we were treated with blatant disrespect. We informed the staff that we had consumed just one water bottle, and they had the audacity to charge us 14 reais! The sheer greed and lack of basic customer service left me in shock. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.The value is zero, the service is terrible, and the hotel itself is a disgrace. Stay anywhere else but here!

O hotel atinge bem o propósito de pernoite para quem viaja por Guarulhos e recisa retornar no outro dia para continuação da viagem. Mas gostaria de relatar uma ocorrência muito desagradável. Liguei na recepção para me informar sobre o transfer. Cheguei no local indicado era 23h , depois de mais de 50 minutos esperando, com criança pequena, o onibus simplesmente passou reto e foi embora. Tivemos q pegar o uber tarde da noite. Estávamos com outro casal e estávamos atentos e devido ao horário estava bem vazio o ligar de espera. Não tem justificativa.
