Great makeover
Love the overhaul of this hotel. The renovation is still a work in progress and they should post signs stating this. The room we had was wonderfully redone but one plug by window was cracked and not working, the brand new sink was leaking and the refrigerator even though on lowest setting froze our beverages. Did mention to desk 1st night and again on checkout. Miss some of the charm the hotel used to have and the limited hours for breakfast was rough ( 7-9) and very small amounts available. The Staff was great though.

Did not feel safe at this hotel. I understand that there is new management, but some of the guest were downright sketchy. Walked in the elevator and it smelled like pot. Room was like something from 1995, including the old box style TV. To say this hotel needs a total makeover is an understatement.

We love everything about this hotel. We always stay there when we visit CT. The staff is great. They have a very good hot breakfast. It's located one exit from the Buckland Mall. Absolutely no complaints.
