First Class hotel without the price tag. Our stay was excellent in every way. We had a classic room and it was very large, modern amenities, all the extras…fridge, nice coffee machine, usb ports bathrobes and more. Staff was super responsive. The breakfast was absolutely top notch, beautiful restaurant with wait staff to attend your every need. They made your coffee for you and served it…you could have more than one. Worth every penny to pay for the breakfast. It is right in the heart of old Vienna…minutes from everything including the excellent team and underground systems. Stay there!!!

My husband and I stayed here last week for a couple of nights; the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and very clean. We found the hotel on the pricier side, but that could be due to the time of year. We enjoyed the walkability to Vienna's attractions and Christmas markets. We went to four markets while visiting, and they were just as I hoped they would be. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions, and, oh my goodness, those complimentary coconut chocolates were delicious; thank you for keeping the jar full!

Excellent stay and very helpful people at the front desk. The reception area is too small and very awkward ramp for the luggage it doesn’t suit with the hotel entry it looks cocky better remove it and replace it with marble. Other than that my stay is really good.

A Must Stay for Opera Goers
Enjoyed a room that overlooked the street but was quiet and offered a view of the Vienna Opera House. The location was excellent as I attended the opera and visited the Christmas Market at Stephansplatz. Nearby restaurants are great value for the euro and provide a variety of cuisines and costs. This will be my go-to hotel for what I hope will be twice yearly visits to the opera. My room was spacious with a modern bathroom and a comfortable temperature setting. I appreciate having windows that can open as the brisk winter air was refreshing in small controllable doses.

Perfect stay in beautiful hotel and great location
Very pleased we booked this hotel. It was very nice and modern decor. Lovely room had everything and quality nights sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and the location is perfect and close to the Inner Stadt and Christmas markets etc. TIP: catch the direct Airport to City train which is a non stop 16 minutes. Then you’re only a 15-20 walk to hotel.

The location is outstanding. The rooms are a good size and the bed is very comfortable. Our room had a tiny balcony facing the opera house. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is fine, if you know you can order an omelet or eggs. The food selections are a bit unusual for breakfast. They need self service coffee as it takes a long tine to order coffee and tea. They have a nespresso machibe in the rooms so it could be an easy fix. A very good boutique hotel.
