Clean but room had a musty smell. Air conditioner worked very well, Bed was comfortable but hard. It was ok for me. Took 3 pillows to make them firm enough. Included breakfast was very basic but the coffee was really good.

In disrepair. Bathroom door did not close. Old hard metal spring mattress. No hook on bathroom door. Noise no sound barrier between rooms. Good tv, need upgrading and paint. 3 star rating or a 6..5 rate. Not a 9 rate that hotels .com gave. Most hotel charge $0-$10 more for a double room. They charged $15.. s. Highway noise loud. Pool shut down to disrepair.

We had actually booked this hotel in July, but due to a family emergency we had to be in Texas this last week. The hotel staff and hotels.com were so helpful with changing our reservation to accommodate our change in travel plans. Positives: good A/C, strong shower and good hot water, hairdryer, TV and other amenities in working condition. Starbucks, Walmart, gas stations and restaurants all very close. Negatives: while we couldn’t hear guests in other rooms, the highway noise was extremely loud; the bed skirting had weird/suspicious stains; the bed springs squeaked loudly whenever you rolled over or moved; the smell of pot from outside room was overpowering; beautiful little pool was closed due to leaks; and breakfast was more limited and uninviting than I’d expect - bare minimum provided. Expectations were low for the location but still, wouldn’t stay here again.
