It has a guest lounge with games and it feels like you could just hang out there for a week and enjoy yourself. Amazing Hotel
The highlight of our stay in Rotorua was the Black Swan. Clean, luxurious, beautiful location. Friendly staff. We sat on the balcony of our room and watched the steam from the geysers across the lake fill the quiet morning air with steam. A magical moment. The gardens are perfect and the setting is very peaceful and serene. A special mention goes to Jason, the day manager. He is friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
