Nice quiet location just a block or so from the beach and Espanola Street restaurants. Reasonably priced. Keep in mind these Art Deco District hotels are near 100 years old, so expect some wear and nostalgic features. It was a nice comfortable stay, and we would stay here again.

This hotel lists rooms that are unavailable and will charge you and refuse refund even the they didn't have the listing ! also when I walked in you could smell mold and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 30 years .shame on hotels.com for listing a room that isn’t available and refusing to help me get my Money back !
