The rooms were dirty, there were not enough towels in the rooms, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and urine, There were roaches, there is no breakfast like advertised and the staff really did not care to try to accommodate you at all with changing sheets or getting more towels or anything. This is a hotel should be closed down by the health department

Reconsider
I was never told about a 75 dollar deposit until I got there. They said it would come back to me upon check out and still haven’t received it a day later. The front desk was not open /4 hours so we couldn’t get any extra towels or anything the next morning. They also did not serve breakfast like they were supposed to. The coffee pots in the rooms were inoperable and there weren’t any cups or anything of that nature in the room.

Don't waste your time!
Booked a quick, one night stay at this hotel. I live 71 miles from this location. Tia, the incredibly rude..... Terribly incompetent and absolutely off putting front desk ornament was no help whatsoever. She relished in the fact that they apparently have a policy of no one being able to stay there that lives closer than 100 miles. The facility had hardly any cars in the parking lot. There was no mention of this policy when I booked. I strongly recommend that no one gives this place their business.

Let’s start with the good, the indoor pool is heated and clean. It is close to attractions and dining. Very cheap, floor in the rooms is nice and beds are comfortable! The bad: there is roaches in the bathrooms, no blankets on beds, just sheets, and check in closes at 12. We got in town at 1:30 in the morning and missed that detail. Luckily the hotel pigeon forge across the street had a room to get us till morning.
