Certainly not a 5 star!!
Zuri's outside property is nice with gardens and man made lagoon (as you see in pics) but that'it. Further nothing else which impresses you. This is certainly not a 5 star property. Please do not pay 5* price for the same. The hotel is quite old and you see it everywhere, be it your room furniture, bathroom or even the hotels all day dining restaurant. Restaurant Prices are quite high(min 400 INR) compared to food quality & presentation. Staff doesn't understand what hospitality is. You need to ask for things 2-3 times before you get a proper response. only thing they did great was to allow late check out at 13:00 hrs instead of 11:00 hrs. But that to after asking 3 times to different staff at the reception. It looks like they are quite disorganized and can't take quick decisions. It's not that I'm just writing this review after my visit but we also mentioned the same to the reception staff on day one and 2 repeatedly but no action at all. For a day this was an ok choice but if you are staying longer, please put your money somewhere else.
