Stay always from this listing all I can say. I booked this flat for 3 nights and less than 12 hours to my arrival I received an email from the landlady saying it isn't ready for me and advise me to look elsewhere. I wrote back telling her it's unfortunate and ask her to cancel the booking so that expedia can refund me and got myself a new unit. But it turned out she did not cancel the booking and the middle man - Travel Nest could not do anything as they kept telling me to contact the landlady cuz she has to cancel it otherwise they said I wont get refund due to the policies. One day after my arrival I still got messages from the landlady who wanted to see if I'd check in as her flat was ok now. Its been 7 days at this 4 pm July 12. I haven't received my refund.
