You have to make an appointment to check in.
Parking is two streets away. We drove to the property to check in and drop off our luggage but were honked away immediately. My husband had to drive away while I checked in and without being able to turn around in the narrow street, it took 10 min to get back. The staff could not be bothered to wait that long. They mentioned breakfast being somewhere down the road and escaped without giving menthe details. We were supposed to lock up the key card when leaving the place and deal with the hassle of multiple access codes. There was a coffee maker with two small portions of coffee for which they would charge if touched.
Free gift? Another trap.
The only promise they made good on was their "no refunds" policy even though we told them immediately that their conditions allowed us to stay only for one night rather than three and informed them we had checked out the next morning. Instead of allowing us any refund, they sent us check out instructions threatening to charge us by the hour if we stayed any longer than agreed.
This is a condominium in a residential area.
Do yourself the favor of a hotel instead.
