Low quality hotel in Mumbai
Hotel Royal Castle is conveniently located near Kemp's Corner in Mumbai. The entrance was inconveniently covered in newspapers for the duration of the stay whilst it was unclear what kind of maintenance was being done. The room was reasonably quiet, clean and all basis functionalities were working, including hot water 24*7. The staff was not particularly helpful and did not come across as very courteous or client oriented. At the price paid, such hotel may be what to expect, but one can get a much better hotel for just a few rupees more, and a 5-star luxury hotel is also to be considered give the little price difference.
